1.4.2.4.3 Constructive industrial relations
Dialogue between management and labor is led by employee representatives in the countries where
this is provided for by legislation.
In France, members of the Works Councils and employee representatives meet with HR every month
to discuss the Company’s operations, evolutions and directions. Collective agreements to connect the
teams to the Company’s results (profit-sharing/participation) were set up in collaboration with the
Works Councils in the previous financial year.
(1) For this indicator, each agreement or amendment signed is counted individually
.
(2) The scope for this indicator is currently limited to France.
Furthermore, Ubisoft has conducted a global opinion survey every two years for the past 13 years
involving all of the Group’s employees in order to promote internal dialogue between management and
labor. This survey has a dual purpose: to measure the teams’ support and understanding of the
Group’s strategy and to canvass their opinion on key issues such as well-being in the Company,
career management, internal collaboration and communication. The results are distributed within the
Group to enable direct discussion with employees and give rise to targeted action plans.
Lastly, the corporate social network encourages exchanges at all levels of the Group. It is a platform
that is accessible to all employees and that encourages the exchange of information and provides a
space for commenting on a variety of issues such as new developments in the video game industry or
sharing good practices.
