RELATED ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL INFORMATION
CONTAINED IN THE CONSOLIDATED MANAGEMENT
REPORT
This is a free translation into English of the Report of one of the audiors, appointed independent third
party, on the employee-related, environmental and social information issued in French and it is
provided solely for the convenience of English speaking readers.
This report should be read in conjunction with, and construed in accordance with, French law and
professional auditing standards applicable in France.

To shareholders,
In our capacity as auditors of the company Ubisoft Entertainment SA appointed independent third
party, which the admissibility of the application for certification was granted by the COFRAC October
28, 2013, we hereby present our report on the employee-related, environmental and social information
consolidated for the year ended March 31, 2014, presented in the management report (hereinafter the
"CSR Information"), pursuant to the provisions of Article L.225-102-1 of the French Commercial Code.
Responsibility of the Company
The Board of Directors of Ubisoft Entertainment SA is responsible for preparing a management report
including CSR information provided for in Article R.225-105-1 of the French Commercial Code,
prepared according to the protocol used by the company (hereinafter “the Repository”), summarized in
the management report and available on request from the company's head office.
Independance and quality control
Our independence is defined by regulatory texts, the profession’s code of ethics and the provisions of
Article L.822-11 of the French Commercial Code. Furthermore, we have set up a quality control
system that includes documented policies and procedures that aim to ensure compliance with ethical
rules, professional standards and applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibility of the auditor
Based on our work, our responsibility is to:
- Certify that the CSR required information is presented in the management report or, in the event of
an omission, is an explanation pursuant to the third paragraph of Article R.225 -105 of the French
Commercial Code (Attestation of completeness of the CSR Information) ;
- To express a conclusion of moderate assurance on the fact that CSR information, taken as a whole,
are presented, in all material respects, in a sincere manner in accordance with the Repository
(Reasoned opinion on the fairness of CSR Information).
