The Company’s functional currency is the United States dollar. Monetary assets and liabilities of the Company
and of its wholly owned subsidiaries that are denominated in foreign currencies are translated into United States dollars at
the exchange rates prevailing at the balance sheet dates. Non-monetary assets and liabilities are translated at the historical
exchange rates. Transactions included in operations are translated at the average rate for the year.
