Total cost of revenues for Fiscal 2014 increased by $8.6 million, or 9%, to $107.1 million from $98.5 million in
Fiscal 2013. This increase was primarily the result of increased network access service expenses due to the impact Ting’s
larger subscriber base is having on service costs. Prepaid domain registration and other Internet services fees as of
December 31, 2014 increased by $0.4 million, or 1%, to $56.4 million from $56.0 million at December 31, 2013.

Costs for Ting for Fiscal 2014 increased by $9.3 million, to $21.9 million when compared to Fiscal 2013. This
increase primarily reflects the impact our larger subscriber base is having on service costs.
