AARP focused on improving all aspects of U.S. health care: containing costs, expanding access for people
of all ages, increasing the pool of qualified health care workers, making long-term care services more
available, and promoting prevention and wellness.

Employees International Union) and the National Federation of Independent Business—to urge all
candidates for public office to commit to improving the overall quality of health care.
