Executive Directors’ Global Performance Share Plan
The following conditional shares, granted under the Global Performance Share Plan, were outstanding at 1 January 2008, vested during
2008 and were outstanding at 31 December 2008.
From 2007 onwards no new awards have been made under this Plan as the global share incentive plan was approved by shareholders
at the 2007 AGMs and as from 2007 long-term incentive awards have been made only under that new plan.
