Consolidated Results

The decrease in consolidated revenues was primarily due to a $19.6 million decrease in revenues from our Content & Media segment and a
$4.6 million decrease in revenues from our Communications segment.

The decrease in consolidated cost of revenues was primarily due to a $4.2 million decrease in cost of revenues associated with our Content &
Media segment, partially offset by a $1.4 million increase in depreciation and amortization expense.

The decrease in consolidated sales and marketing expenses was due to an $8.6 million decrease in sales and marketing expenses associated with
our Content & Media segment, a $1.6 million decrease in sales and marketing expenses associated with our Communications segment and a
$0.2 million decrease in depreciation expense.
