Composition of the boards
ING Bank N.V. (‘ING Bank’) has a two-tier board system,
consisting of a Management Board Banking (‘MBB’) as its
management body and a Supervisory Board which advises
and supervises the MBB. In general, members of the
Management Board Banking are employees of the company
while members of the Supervisory Board are not. The latter
are often former state or business leaders.
