Engagement
We have been appointed as auditors for the audit of the 2015 annual accounts of ING Bank at the annual meeting held on 12 May
2014 and have been the external auditor for a long time. The most recent rotation of the signing external auditor on the audit of the
ING Bank annual accounts was in 2012. Rotation of the signing external auditor is one of our safeguards to maintain our auditor
independence.
