The result is appropriated pursuant to Article 24 of the Articles of Association of ING Bank N.V., the relevant stipulations of which state
that the result shall firstly be appropriated to the Stichting Regio Bank Reserve, respectively the Reserve Stichting Vakbondsspaarbank
SPN or charged to that reserves in proportion to the ratio between the Stichting Regio Bank Reserve, respectively the Reserve Stichting
Vakbondsspaarbank SPN and the company's equity at the end of the relevant financial year and that the remainder shall be at the
disposal of the General Meeting.
For 2015, it is proposed that the result, insofar at the disposal of the General Meeting, will be appropriated as follows. The dividend will
be equal to the interim dividend already paid and the remainder of the result will be appropriated to the Other Reserves, so that no
final dividend will be paid.
