11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This First Amendment contains all of the agreements of the parties with respect to the matters
contained herein, and there are no verbal or other agreements which modify or affect this First Amendment. This First Amendment
supersedes any and all prior agreements made or executed by or on behalf of the parties hereto regarding the Expansion Premises.
12. EXECUTION IN COUNTERPARTS. This First Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by
different parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and all of which
taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement.
13. EXHIBITS. All exhibits attached to this First Amendment are hereby incorporated herein by this reference.
14. LEASE REMAINS IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. Except as modified above, the Lease shall remain in full force and
effect.
