For the year ended December 31, 2013 we redesignated loans from HFI to HFS with a carrying value of $1.3 billion, and sold
loans with an unpaid principal balance of $1.2 billion. For the years ended December 31, 2012 and 2011, we redesignated
loans with a carrying value of $33 million and $561 million, respectively, from HFI to HFS.
