Inquiry by the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission
On January 25, 2010, we received a request for documents and information from the Financial Crisis Inquiry
Commission in connection with its statutory mandate to examine the causes, domestic and global, of the
current financial crisis in the United States. We are cooperating with this inquiry.
