Director of the Company since August 2006. He is
Chairman of P&O Ferries Limited and Southampton
Container Terminals Limited, and a Director of John
Swire & Sons Limited.
ZHANG, Lan, aged 52, has been a Director of the
Company since October 2006. She is Vice President of
Air China Limited, Chairman of Air China Development
Corporation (Hong Kong) Limited and a Director of
Shandong Aviation Group Corporation.
Independent Non-Executive Directors
LEE, Ting Chang Peter+*, aged 54, has been a
Director of the Company since May 2002. He is
Chairman of Hysan Development Company Limited
and is also a Director of CLP Holdings Limited, Hang
Seng Bank Limited and SCMP Group Limited.
OR, Ching Fai Raymond*, aged 58, has been a
Director of the Company since February 2000. He is
Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive of Hang Seng Bank
