Hong Kong Dragon Airlines Limited (“Dragonair”) is a
wholly owned subsidiary of Cathay Pacific, serving
an extensive network of destinations in Mainland
China and around the region. Cathay Pacific also has
a strategic partnership with Air China Limited (“Air
China”) involving cooperation in a number of areas.
In addition, Cathay Pacific is the major shareholder in
AHK Air Hong Kong Limited (“AHK”), an all-cargo carrier
offering scheduled express-freight services within Asia.
Cathay Pacific and its subsidiaries employ more than
19,200 people in Hong Kong. The airline is listed on
The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited as are
its substantial shareholders Swire Pacific Limited
(“Swire Pacific”), Air China and CITIC Pacific Limited
(“CITIC Pacific”).
We are a founding member of the oneworld alliance
whose combined network serves almost 700
destinations worldwide. Dragonair is an affiliate
member of oneworld.
