15. Operating revenue

Revenue essentially consists of services performed and rebilled to Group entities.
Other revenue (transfers of expenses) of 3.2 million euros consisted primarily of:
- 1 million euro in debt issue costs, reclassified as expenses attributable to deferred expenses
- 2 million euro in payroll expenses.

17. Payroll expenses and personnel
The Company's average headcount for the past two years was as follows:
Compensation paid by the Company to the members of its management and governing bodies for the fiscal year ended
March 31, 2010 included 2,180 thousand in salary, €255.8 k in directors’ fees and €3,264 k in stock options (at their
value on March 31, 2010).
French Act no. 2004-391 of May 4, 2004 on lifetime occupational training and labor relations resulted in amendments to
Articles L.933-1 et L.933-6 of the French Labor Code (Code du travail) and provides that persons permanently employed
in the private sector are entitled to a minimum of 20 hours per annum of individual training. They may accumulate those
hours over a six-year period (up to a maximum ceiling of 120 hours). Employees did not take advantage of this right in
2009. As of March 31, 2010, the Company’s obligations under the system amounted to 88 hours, down from 467 hours
the previous year.
