. Amount Unlimited; Issuable in Series.
The aggregate principal amount of Securities which may be authenticated and
delivered under this Indenture is unlimited.
The Securities may be issued in one or more series and the Securities of each such series shall rank equally and pari passu with the
Securities of each other series, but all Securities issued hereunder shall be subordinate and junior in right of payment, to the extent and
in the manner set forth in Article 13, to all Senior Indebtedness of the Issuer. There shall be established in or pursuant to one or more
Board Resolutions (and, to the extent established pursuant to rather than set forth in a Board Resolution, in an Officer’s Certificate
detailing such establishment) or established in one or more indentures supplemental hereto, prior to the initial issuance of Securities of
any series,
