The financial statements of Daimler AG were prepared in
accordance with German accounting principles and the con-
solidated financial statements were prepared in accordance
with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Both sets of financial statements were audited by KPMG AG
Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft and an unqualified audit
opinion was rendered thereon. These financial statements
will be filed with the operator of the electronic version of the
German Federal Gazette and published in the electronic version
of the German Federal Gazette.
