William W. Can eld
Director since 2007. President of TALX Corporation,
a subsidiary of Equifax Inc. Prior to the 2007 acquisition
of TALX Corporation by Equifax Inc., Mr. Can eld served
as President, Chief Executive Of cer and director of
TALX from 1986 to 1988 when he also became Chairman
of the Board of TALX. He is also a director of Concur
Technologies, Inc.
John L. Clendenin
Director since 1982 and Lead Director from 2002 until
2004. He served as Chairman, President and Chief
Executive Of cer of BellSouth Corporation from 1983 until
his retirement in 1996. He continued to serve as Chairman
until 1997. He also is a director of The Kroger Company,
The Home Depot, Inc., Acuity Brands, Inc. and Powerwave
Technologies, Inc. He will be retiring from the Equifax
board in May 2008.
James E. Copeland, Jr.
Director since 2003. Retired Chief Executive Of cer of
Deloitte & Touche LLP and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu,
public accounting rms. He served in such capacity from
1999 until his retirement in 2003. He is also a director
of Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc., ConocoPhillips and
Time Warner Cable, Inc.
A. William Dahlberg
Director from 1992 until his retirement in 2007. Retired
Chairman of the Board of Mirant Corporation, an
international energy producer, from 2000 to 2006.
Previously, from 1995 until 2001, he served as Chairman
and Chief Executive Of cer of The Southern Company and,
prior to that time, was President and Chief Executive
Of cer of Georgia Power Company.
Robert D. Daleo
Director since August 2006. Executive Vice President
and Chief Financial Of cer of The Thomson Corporation,
a provider of integrated information solutions, since 1998.
He has served as a director of The Thomson Corporation
since 2001. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for
the New Jersey Community Development Corporation.
Walter W. Driver, Jr.
Director since 2007. Chairman – Southeast of Goldman
Sachs & Company since January 2006. Prior to that,
Mr. Driver was Chairman of King & Spalding LLP,
an international law rm, from 1999 to 2005. He is also
a director of Total System Services, Inc.
Mark L. Feidler
Director since March 2007. Founding partner in
MSouth Equity Partners, a private equity rm based in
Atlanta. Former President, Chief Operating Of cer and
director of BellSouth Corporation from July 2005 until
January 2007. He was appointed Chief Operating
Of cer of BellSouth Corporation in January 2005 and
served as its Chief Staff Of cer during 2004. He is also
a director of New York Life Insurance Company.
L. Phillip Humann
Director since 1992. Executive Chairman of the Board
of SunTrust Banks, Inc., a multi-bank holding company,
since 2007. Also at SunTrust, he served as Chairman
and Chief Executive Of cer from 2004 to January 2007;
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Of cer from
1998 to 2004; and President from 1991 to 1998. He is
also a director of Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc., Haverty
Furniture Companies, Inc. and the Federal Reserve
Bank of Atlanta.
Lee A. Kennedy
Director since 2004. President, Chief Executive
Of cer and director of Fidelity National Information
Services, Inc., since 2006. He served as Chief
Executive Officer of Certegy Inc. from 2001 until
2006 when Certegy merged with Fidelity National
Information Services, Inc. Prior to the spin-off of
Certegy from Equifax, he served as President and
Chief Operating Of cer and a director of Equifax
from 1998 June 2001.
Siri S. Marshall
Director since August 2006. Retired General Counsel,
Secretary, and Chief Governance and Compliance
Of cer of General Mills, Inc., a diversi ed foods maker
and distributor. She served in such capacity from 1994
until her retirement in January 2008. She is also a
director of Ameriprise Financial, Inc. and the Yale Law
School Center for the Study of Corporate Law.
Larry L. Prince
Director since 1988 and Lead Director since 2006.
Chairman of the Executive Committee of Genuine Parts
Company, an automotive parts wholesaler since 2005.
He served as Chairman of the Board of Genuine Parts
Company from 1990 until 2005 and Chief Executive
Of cer from 1989 until 2004. He is also a director of
SunTrust Banks, Inc. and Crawford & Co.

Jacquelyn M. Ward

telecommunications company she co-founded, from
1968 until it was acquired by Intec Telecom Systems
in 2000. She is also a director of Bank of America
Corporation, Flowers Foods, Inc., Sanmina-SCI
Corporation, SYSCO Corporation and WellPoint, Inc.
