We were founded in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1899, incorporated in
Georgia in 1913, and have been known as Equifax Inc. since 1975.
We have been publicly owned since 1965, have been listed on the
New York Stock Exchange since 1971 and are a member of
the S&P 500 and certain other stock indices.

electronically led with, or furnished to, the Securities and
Exchange Commission, or SEC. These reports are required by

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Our product and service offerings are highly diversi ed and include
consumer and business credit information, information database
management, marketing information, decisioning and analytical
tools, and identity veri cation services that enable businesses to
increase the speed and quality of their decision making regarding
credit offers and other services, mitigate fraud, manage portfolio
risk and customer relationships and develop marketing strategies.
We offer a portfolio of products marketed to individual consumers
that enable them to better understand, manage and protect their
nancial affairs. We provide employment and income veri cation
and human resources business process outsourcing services.
