U.S. Consumer Information Solutions empowers companies
to better manage their businesses. We help our clients
acquire new customers, retain them and garner greater
revenue and profit from existing customers. In this process,
we become an essential part of our clients’ decision-
making, their customer relationship management and their
new business development – all of which makes Equifax
critical to our clients’ businesses every second of every day.
Our consumer information business is experiencing
a new era of opportunity, driven by unique predictive
analytics and Enabling Technologies that provide real-
time, integrated solutions to clients across a diverse
range of industry segments. As a result, we are able to
provide our clients with insight and visibility into their
businesses as never before.
For instance, we can analyze a client’s portfolio
to reveal which of their customers are going elsewhere to
obtain new accounts. Armed with this intelligence, we can
work with clients to design customized solutions that better
target prospects and customers, monitor activity, and
cross-sell services – turning a lost opportunity into additional
revenue and a more loyal customer. Equifax Settlement
Services is another example of how we offer integrated
solutions that incorporate new and existing products.
Combining traditional mortgage closing functions with
analytic and marketing data, this product suite provides
clients with a more efficient settlement process in as little
as one day, rather than weeks. As both examples illustrate,
we have the opportunity to expand our client relationships
by participating with them in a broader range of decision
points and service solutions.
In every case, Equifax is more successful because
we are helping our clients better acquire, serve and retain
customers. In addition, they increase their revenue and
profitability. Because these solutions are in real time,
