3.1 million active customers through its easy-
to-remember, toll-free number and its website.
With more than 38 million contact lens wearers
and 140 million glasses wearers in the United
States, there is an opportunity to attract more
customers, which aligns with WellPoint’s strategy
to capitalize on growth opportunities and diver-
sify its revenue stream.
