At Voya Financial, we focus on corporate responsibility initiatives that align with our business strategy and support
our long-term success. As a new kind of financial company, our corporate responsibility eorts focus on maximizing
the positive dierence we can make in the lives of our stakeholders. We are committed to understanding the
interdependency of our business, our communities and the planet. This commitment drives us to integrate, manage
and measure four pillars of corporate responsibility throughout Voya Financial. We’re proud of the contributions that
our employees have made in all aspects of our eorts. With their support, we have been able to achieve national
recognition from organizations like the Human Rights Campaign Foundation and the Ethisphere Institute.
