Generating Annual Adjusted Earnings Growth
of at Least 10% on Average
Producing at Least $4.0 Billion of Cash Flow
from Operations over Five Years (2014–2018)
Targeting Year-End Bank Leverage Ratio at
or Below 3.0x
Delivering Fully Diluted Adjusted EPS of
$4.00 by Year-End 2018
During 2014 we witnessed
broad-based sales growth
from our diversified portfolio,
demonstrating the strength of
our products and brands but
also importantly, the value
of the Jarden platform.
Increased volatility is the new normal; our people,
processes, and systems are being constructed
recognizing this reality. While we are not
immune from macro forces such as weather,
foreign exchange, and commodities, it is our
job to manage through them as proactively
and effectively as possible. Our people, scale,
customer relationships and category as well as
global insights are part of Jarden’s competitive
advantage and what gives us confidence in
delivering on our longer-term performance goals.
As we position Jarden for its continuing growth,
we decided to expand Jarden’s leadership
team while preserving our unique Office of the
Chairman management structure. In typical
Jarden fashion, these changes have been
evolutionary and proactive rather than as a
response to an already apparent issue. Over
our 14-year history, we have developed a strong
bench of talent and believe that these leaders,
all promoted from within Jarden, are reflective
of the experience and development available
within our Company. We must also recognize
that with a 14-year tenure, people will inevitably
(and deservedly) retire. It is with thanks that
we acknowledge the retirement at the end
2014 of one of our original management
team, David Tolbert, SVP Human Resources and
Corporate Risk. As always, we want to thank
our employees, customers, retail partners,
suppliers and supporters for their significant
efforts in 2014 and continued support in 2015
and beyond.
