more enjoyable to shop. It promotes
product adjacencies and cross-selling,
and puts new emphasis on pet
services. And ultimately, it positions
PETsMART as the place to go for
all the stages of a pet’s life.

the destination and the trusted source
for any pet need, at any life stage.
In 2002, we began aligning our
advertising and in-store displays to
create a unique and differentiated
PETsMART brand. These marketing
efforts speak directly to our
customers and help differentiate us
from the competition, establishing
the PETsMART brand as the leader
in the industry.

a compelling offering and establishing our company as
the
