The New York Stock Exchange is the
principal market for PepsiCo common
stock, which is also listed on the Chicago
Stock Exchange and SIX Swiss Exchange.
Dividend Policy
Dividends are usually declared in February,
May, July and November and paid at the
end of March, June and September and
the beginning of January. On February4,
2016, the Board of PepsiCo declared a
quarterly dividend of $0.7025 per share
payable March 31, 2016 to sharehold-
ers of record on March 4, 2016. For the
remainder of 2016, the dividend record
dates for these payments are expected to
be June3, September2 and December2,
2016, subject to approval by the Board of
Directors. We have paid consecutive quar-
terly cash dividends since 1965.
