In fulfilling these responsibilities during 2008,
O’Reilly Automotive has complied with the
company’s corporate governance requirements,
the corporate governance best practice guidelines
established by the NASDAQ stock exchange, the
provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002
and the rules adopted by the U.S. Securities and
Exchange Commission pursuant to the Act.
