of which operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Company’s Healthy Way of Life approach enables our customers
to achieve success by providing the best places, people and programs of exceptional quality and value. As of February 28,
2013, we operated 105 centers under the LIFE TIME FITNESS® and LIFE TIME ATHLETICSM brands. Collectively, these 105
locations are based primarily in suburban environments in 22 states, one Canadian province and 28 major markets.
