Property, plant and equipment
The property, plant and equipment classified as held for sale is a result of the commitment of the Group’s
management, in June 2012, to sell part of its investment properties. Efforts to sell the investment
properties have commenced and the transaction is expected to be completed by the end of March 2013.
Neither a gain nor a loss was recognised on reclassifying the non-current assets as held for sale during
the year.
