Local Protection of Human Health and the Environment
Goal: Achieve on average a 75 percent improvement in key indicators
for Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) operating excellence from
a 2005 baseline
Through the fourth quarter of 2014, Dow continued to improve
its total EH&S unplanned events — injuries, loss of primary
containment incidents, process safety incidents and motor vehicle
accidents — recording a 4 percent improvement from 2013.
