Systemax common stock is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “SYX.” The following
table sets forth the high and low closing sales price of our common stock as reported on the New York Stock Exchange
for the periods indicated.
On July 31, 2006, the last reported sale price of our common stock on the New York Stock Exchange was $8.03
per share. As of July 31, 2006, we had 241 shareholders of record.
We have not paid any dividends since our initial public offering and anticipate that all of our cash provided by
operations in the foreseeable future will be retained for the development and expansion of our business, and therefore
do not anticipate paying dividends on our common stock in the foreseeable future.
