Item 2. Properties.
Our primary facilities, which are leased except where otherwise indicated, are as follows:
We also lease space for other smaller offices and retail stores in the United States, Canada and Europe and
certain additional facilities leased by the Company are subleased to others.
For further information regarding our lease obligations, see Note 11 to the Consolidated Financial Statements.
Item 3. Legal Proceedings.
Beginning on May 24, 2005, three shareholder derivative lawsuits were filed, one in the United States District
Court for the Eastern District of New York and two in the Supreme Court of New York, County of Nassau, against
various officers and directors of the Company and naming the Company as a nominal defendant in connection with the
Company's restatements of its fiscal year 2003 and 2004 financial statements. The defendants and the Company denied
all of the allegations of wrongdoing contained in the complaints. On May 16, 2006, the parties entered into a stipulation
