The Board of Directors does not know of any other matters to be presented at the Annual Meeting. If any
other matters are properly presented at the Annual Meeting, it is the intention of the persons named as proxies to
vote the shares they represent as the Board of Directors may recommend.
It is important that your shares be represented at the Annual Meeting, regardless of the number of shares
that you hold. Therefore, you are urged to vote at your earliest convenience.
