COMPENSATION OF KEY MANAGEMENT
Compensation of key management is reported on
the accrual basis of accounting consistent with the
amounts recognized on the consolidated statement
of operations. Key management includes Air Canada’s
Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive
Officer, Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating
Officer, Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial
Officer, and the President, Passenger Airlines.
