income over a business cycle. e Board of Directors and the President
propose that MSEK 501 (479), or SEK 4.75 per share (4.50) be issued as a
dividend. is has been calculated based on the amount of outstanding
shares on 31 December 2014, of 105,499,980. Saabs equity/assets ratio
is currently 38.5 per cent (44.0) and aer the proposed disposition of
earnings will be 37.4 per cent (43.0)
