HOYA provides a broad range of products to the global markets. I think that HOYA has a corporate culture where
young people are able to have dreams and be motivated. Going forward also, as a natural extension of HOYA’s two
major segments of IT and Life Care, I believe it will be possible to realize further growth through continuing to
create new products and businesses through innovation and technology development.
