We know that to be America’s favorite store, we need to
be successful in big cities and small towns. That’s why
we’re committed to being a valued part of more than 1,100
communities across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Over the
coming years, we intend to update every jcpenney store
while thoughtfully growing our broad store footprint. And
starting in 2014, you will begin to see a new look as we
debut our new store prototype.
