The Power of Collaboration
The most important aspect of a home restoration job is not the home
and its furnishings. It’s the family.
Kevin Samov, owner of ServiceMaster Restore by Superior in Clinton
Township, Mich., and Bob Johnson, a Furniture Medic franchise owner
in nearby Harrison Township, collaborated in December 2015 on a re
restoration job for a local family.
“Our companies worked closely together and we were in almost
constant communication with the homeowners about the remediation
process,” said Samov. “Every aspect of the job was carefully scrutinized
to ensure the safety of the family. They were very grateful and have
thanked us multiple times. It was a very rewarding project for all of us.”
Our franchisees operate under more than 7,300 franchise and license
agreements around the world. The size and scale of the ServiceMaster
franchise network is one of the company’s strengths – and both
franchisees and customers benet from the teamwork among
businesses. Both Johnson and Samov noted that close cooperation
between their companies was vital to ensure a great outcome for
the family.
“Every job has unique challenges, this one especially so,” said Johnson.
“Kevin and his team were a dream to work with. It was a great
partnership. We’ll be working on more jobs together in the future.”
