32 Events after the balance sheet date
On 3 February 2011 Unilever announced a quarterly dividend with the 2010 fourth quarter results of €0.2080 per NV ordinary share and £0.1775
per PLC ordinary share.
On 10 February 2011 Unilever issued a bond composed of two senior notes: (i) US $500 million 2.75% fixed rate note which will mature in five
years and (ii) US $1,000 million 4.25% fixed rate note which will mature in ten years.
