composed of 73% men and 27% women, with an average age

employment contracts.
However, situations may arise in which fixed-term and
temporary employment contracts must be concluded for
specific assignments.

Ubisoft recruits both experienced experts in game creation
and junior staff who have received the very best training. The
junior staff learn and progress alongside senior personnel.
Both categories of employees play an active role in the devel-
opment of the company, at their own level. Shared corporate
values encourage employees to maintain a sense of curiosity,
an open mind, a commitment to free exchange of views, a
sense of initiative, and promote cordial business relations.
Special emphasis is placed on the development and pooling of
knowledge, which is facilitated by the Group's multicultural
diversity. Ubisoft offers a wealth of mobility and career
development opportunities, thanks to its international
presence and its numerous in-house activities. The company is
committed to fostering individual initiative and enables all its
employees to pursue professional projects in a stimulating
environment.
e) Flexible working hours and the shorter working week
Ubisoft has applied the 35-hour work week since December 1,
1999 in the Group's French companies. The introduction of the
35-hour work week has taken the form of either shorter working
days or compensatory time off.

training and is guided by a far-reaching policy of promoting
