(6) During his tenure as Chief Financial Officer of our general partner, Mr. Salinas also served as the Chief Financial Officer of ETP's
general partner, which determined the components of his compensation, including salary, long-term incentive awards and annual
bonus. We had no control over this compensation determination process. However, our general partners Compensation Committee
granted equity awards, representing 33 percent of Mr. Salinas’ total long-term incentive compensation, to Mr. Salinas in December
2014, December 2013 and January 2013 in recognition of his services to us. Pursuant to his Separation Agreement with ETP, Mr.
Salinas’ equity awards vested and were distributed to Mr. Salinas in May 2015.
