Approximately one third of revenues each year are derived from products developed
over the last three years. To foster continued growth we invest over $1 million every day on
product research, development and marketing. For the last two years, our brand equity investment
level reached approximately 6% of net sales, increasing from less than 4% in 2005. With over 140,000
SKUs in the market, Jarden builds brand devotees by continuously re-imagining product solutions to
