The Company’s sales are principally within the United States. Our international operations are
mainly based in Canada, Spain, Mexico and the U.K. Export sales are also made to countries in Europe,
Latin America, the Caribbean and the Pacific Rim. Net sales of the Company’s products outside of North
America were $43.8 million, $15.0 million and $7.3 million or on a percentage basis, 5.2%, 2.6% and
2.0%, in 2004, 2003 and 2002, respectively. Long-lived assets located outside of North America are not
material.
