Stock Performance Graph
The following stock performance graph compares the performance of our common stock to the Standard & Poor’s
500 Stock Index (“S&P 500 Index”), the S&P 1500 Restaurants Index (the “peer group index”) and a peer group index
composed of the following quick service restaurant companies: Domino’sPizza Inc., Jack In the Box Inc., Papa Johns
International Inc., Sonic Corp., Wendy’s International Inc. and YUM! Brands Inc. (collectively the “former peer group”).
Management believes that the companies included in the S&P 1500 Restaurants Index better reflect the scope of the
Company’soperations and match the competitive market in which the Company operates than its former peer group.
The former peer group companies are included in the S&P 1500 Restaurants Index. Stock performance is compared
for the five fiscal year period ended December 29, 2013. The cumulative total return computations set forth in the
performance graph assume the investment in the Company’scommon stock and in each index was $100 at the end of
fiscal 2008, and, with respect to the indices, that all dividends were reinvested.
