THE SAGE ADVICE
I LEARNED EARLY
AND NEVER
FORGET IS THAT
‘THE THROTTLE
IS YOUR FRIEND.’”
leverage the strong U.S. dollar for growth while
managing the impact of currencies to our bottom
line; and as we reduce supplier costs, rework and
inventory, each of our employees will own their
contribution to these eorts.
We are going into 2015 full throttle. Our innovation
engine is stronger than ever and will remain the
driving force behind our success. Coming o two
straight years of record new-product introductions,
our confidence is high that we have plenty left in

this, as he and his team have built Victory
Motorcycles, and rebuilt Indian Motorcycle, into
a cohesive global business through hard work
and disciplined pursuit of challenging goals and
schedules. While the responsibility we have to
the Indian brand and its devotees is one we take
very seriously, Victory is perhaps taking customer
ACCOUNTABILITY a step further, by expanding
its marketing campaign with the military and
entering the drag racing circuit—two arenas where
owning your actions is a way of life! Growing our
Motorcycle business taught us perseverance is
necessary to create profitable growth from the
ground up, and we will rely upon that hard-earned
lesson as we prepare to launch the innovative
personal utility vehicle we jointly developed with
Eicher Motors Limited for the India market. As we
strive to reach $8 billion in sales by 2020, we will
