17. Leases
As lessee
The following pro forma amounts represent the acquisition costs, accumulated depreciation, impairment losses, and
net book value of the leased assets as of March 31, 2006, which would have been reflected in the consolidated bal-
ance sheet if finance lease accounting had been applied to the finance lease transactions excluding lease arrange-
ments which stipulate the transfer of title of the assets to the lessee, which are accounted for as operating leases:
