Stock Option Grants And Exercises
We grant options to our executive officers under our 2002 Equity Incentive Plan, or Incentive Plan. As of
April 11, 2005, options to purchase a total of 5,642,249 shares were outstanding under the Incentive Plan and
options to purchase 4,424,564 shares remained available for grant under the plan. All stock options were granted
at an exercise price equal to their fair market value on the date of grant.
