companies on the move and to establish ourselves as a single worldwide brand that stands
for success both for our clients and our people.
”On the move” also describes several of RSM McGladrey’s extended businesses – among
them Financial Process Outsourcing (accounting and tax outsourcing for franchise business
owners, including auto parts stores, independent grocery stores and restaurants),
RSM EquiCo (middle-market valuation and investment banking), and Wealth Management
(financial, estate and gift tax planning, investment and insurance advisory services). The
emergence of these extended services for midsized businesses and their owners helps meet
the need for a single-source provider. Aggregate revenues for our extended businesses
have been rising at double-digit rates and exceed $150 million a year.
