OUR AWARDS
In 2009, Bank of the West received several industry awards
that demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction.
We thank our loyal customers for the honor of serving them
and our employees for their hardworking efforts that made
these recognitions possible.
Bank of the West was ranked the “Highest in Customer Satisfaction with
Retail Banking in the Westby J.D. Power and Associates. Bank of the West
was ranked highest in the West region encompassing California, Oregon
and Washington, which represent more than half of the bank’s consumer
and business households.
J.D. POWER AND ASSOCIATES
Bank of the West was recognized with eight national and regional awards of
excellence by financial consulting and research firm Greenwich Associates
for 2009, for overall satisfaction in small business/middle market customer
service, relationship manager performance, cash management, and financial
stability.
