“My job is to determine the fare
grids on flights between France
and the North Atlantic within
the framework of the trans-Atlantic
joint-venture. This means that I am
responsible for fares at Air France
and KLM, but also at Delta and
Alitalia. Working for four brands at
the same time is a real opportunity.

implementation of a veritable brand
strategy. Since most of the team
is located in Amsterdam, I work on
a daily basis with my counterparts
in the other airlines, which means
